Swimming in the snow

Jeg er lige kommet hjem fra skiferie i Alpe d'huez, hvor man også kan bade - udendørs endda.
Selvom det var minusgrader, var vandet i poolen omkring 30 grader, så selvom næsen var ved at fryse til is, var det en hel behagelig oplevelse.
Selvom luften var iskold, måtte vi jo lige prøve at hoppe op ad vandet, og rulle os i sneen. Sneen var dog ret hård, så nu har jeg rifter på ballerne - som måske nok var dem jeg hamrede ned mod sneen først i håbet om at den var blød som pudder.

I just got back from skiing in Alpe d'huez, a place where you can also swim - outdoor. 
Even though it was below freezing, the water in the pool was about 30 degrees, so even if the nose was about to freeze, it was quite a pleasant experience.
Though the air was ice cold, we had to just try to jump out of the water, and try to roll us in the snow. The snow was quite hard, so now I have scratches on the buttocks - which may have been the one that reached   the snow first, in the hoping of that the snow was soft as powder.
